<p>Disclosed is a method for selecting a server. The method comprises: judging whether an international mobile subscriber identification number of a SIM card used by a mobile terminal currently is the same as an international mobile subscriber identification number of a SIM card used by the mobile terminal last time; if not, judging whether the SIM card used last time belongs to a first country or district and whether the SIM card used currently belongs to a second country or district; if yes, clearing configuration files of a browser in the mobile terminal; and saving the international mobile subscriber identification number of the SIM card used currently. According to the abovementioned manner, the mobile terminal can automatically select a proper server without restoring factory settings.</p> |
