The PTP or blister package sheet for packaging a pharmaceutical product of the present invention contains a component (A) obtained by mixing an organic colored pigment (a1) having an average particle diameter of 20 to 400 nm and a dispersant (a2) having a number-average molecular weight of 100 to 3,000, and a resin component (B). Therefore, it is possible to obtain a sheet for forming a PTP or blister package (PTP or blister package sheet) with which good dispersibility of the organic colored pigment can be realized (there is little nonuniformity of the organic colored pigment throughout the sheet) and bleed-out of organic colored pigment can be reduced (or there is none of this bleed-out).
