PURPOSE: A method for providing a user participation type web page, a device thereof, and a system thereof are provided to reflect information which is inputted by a user in the web page on a desired point in web page text information. CONSTITUTION: A user module of a user terminal provides a user input information input window based on a point which is selected by a user input signal on a web page(S2). When user input information is inputted, the user module transmits an information message including the user input information, position information of the user input information, and identification information of the web page to an information service server. The information service server connects the information message and the identification information of the web page and stores the same(S4).
