<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for developing a web site application in a built-in device capable of easy packaging, debugging, alteration, distribution, and maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: The device and method utilize web browser scripting so as to remove all HTMLs from firmware of the built-in device and to suitably render a web page.
