<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic apparatus which causes less inconvenience when a display device and a battery are provided in a body. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic apparatus, the display device has a display screen. A first body member covers the marginal part of the display screen. A second body member is located on the opposite side of the display screen of the display device. A third body member is located between the second body member and the display device, supporting the display device. A connector is electrically connected to a circuit substrate and exposed at the outside of the third body member. A module is fixed on the third body member and electrically connected to the connector. A first connecting implement connects the first body member and at least one of the second body member and the third body member, being covered by the module.
