摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an anode off-gas discharge path in a fuel cell even when there is residual water in a buffer section provided between a fuel gas passage and an anode off-gas discharge section. <P>SOLUTION: An anode separator 30a includes: a hydrogen passage 34; an anode off-gas discharge section 37; an outlet buffer section 35 into which anode off-gas discharged from a terminal end of the hydrogen passage 34 flows and which has a plurality of projections 35p formed therein; and an anode off-gas lead-out passage 36 that leads the anode off-gas flowing into the outlet buffer section 35 out onto the anode off-gas discharge section 37. The outlet buffer section 35 includes a lower region 35Ab and an upper region 35Au that is positioned adjacent to an upper portion of the lower region 35Ab. In the lower region 35Ab, the projections 35p are sparsely arranged in a two-dimensional array.
