METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FULLY-INTEGRATED CORE OF SIDE FRAME

A method for manufacturing a fully-integrated core of a side frame, the method comprising the following steps: firstly, according to the requirements for a side frame casting process, manufacturing an integrated core box integrating an outer hook (1) inner cavity structure comprising a side frame, a triangular hole (2) inner cavity structure and a central square frame (3) inner cavity structure; then, with a core shooter and the integrated core box matched up, completing the actions of mold matching, sand filling, sand jetting, hardening, mold opening and core jacking to shoot an integrated core at one time; and lastly, manually treating the surface of the integrated core. The integrated core manufactured by the above core manufacturing process has a smooth surface, and can effectively avoid casting rags and burrs due to the use of a multi-element combined sand core, thus improving the internal quality of a casting piece and reducing working intensity.
