The device has balancer shafts (2, 3) that are rotated with each other with motor orders greater than or equal to two, where an internal combustion engine (1) is formed as a four-stroke four-cylinder in-line engine with uniform ignition interval of 180 degree to a crank shaft. The balancer shafts are rotated for input of idle mass forces (F2) of second order with a specific number of motor order moving in opposite directions. Intermediate gears (4) of a crankshaft (5) are driven by the balancer shafts.
