Provided are an RNA interference vector and a transgenic plant obtained by introducing same into a target plant. The transgenic plant is an infertile transgenic plant or a fertility-lowered transgenic plant. Further provided is a method for cultivating a target plant into an infertile mutant or a low fertility mutant. The method comprises the step of mutating the seeds of a target plant using sodium azide. Provided is a method for preparing a fertility-lowered plant or infertile line through RNA interference or TILLING (Targeting Induced Local Lesions IN Genomes) technical screening.
