The transmission (1) has shifting arrangements (SE1-SE4) arranged on a major axis (2). Input shafts (EW1, EW2) are connectable with a driven shaft (AW) by gear stages (I-VII) and/or shifting elements (S1-S8) of the shifting arrangement. Jackshafts (VW1, VW2) are connected with the input shafts by using the shifting elements of the adjacent shifting arrangements through one of the gear stages. The shifting elements are connected with each other a connecting shaft (H4). An output shaft is arranged as the driven shaft. One of the gear stages is designed as a reverse gear stage. The jackshafts are designed as a sleeve shaft and a solid shaft, respectively. The input shafts are designed as a sleeve shaft and a solid shaft, respectively. The gear stages are designed as spur gear stages.
