PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve the efficiency of a solar cell by using a first buffer layer formed between a light absorption layer and a front electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer(200) is formed on a support substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the back electrode layer. A first buffer layer(400) including a first impurity having a first concentration is formed on the light absorption layer. A front electrode layer(600) including a second impurity having a second concentration is formed on the first buffer layer. The second concentration is higher than the first concentration. |
