PURPOSE: An electronic identification and agreement performance method for a car registration service and a system thereof are provided to replace inconvenient certificate submission by a convenient identification service in an online car registration service. CONSTITUTION: A car registration service system(100) receives a request for the execution of a trader identification and agreement process from a terminal(50) of a person who requests identification and agreement. If a communication service provider server(200) confirms a name of a mobile terminal(20) of a car trader, the trader identification and agreement process is performed by using identification information and an authentication number. The system transmits an identification and agreement completion message to the terminal of the person who requests identification and agreement.
