PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a specimen keeping device and the specimen keeping device are provided to obtain the mass production of the specimen keeping device and to adhere a pair of substrates to the device by using ultraviolet rays and an UV hardening adhesive, thereby adhering in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a specimen keeping device comprises: a step(S110) of preparing a mold for forming patterns in which an intaglio pattern unit is arranged on the top surface for forming at least a lateral wall of a charging chamber; a step(S120) of discharging a constant amount of liquid UV hardening resin for being received in the intaglio pattern unit on the top surface of the mold; a step(S130) of seating a first transparent substrate on the top surface of the mold and compressing the substrate and the mold; a step(S140) of curing the liquid UV hardening resin by irradiating ultraviolet rays while the resin is received in the intaglio pattern unit; a step(S150) of separating the first transparent substrate from the mold; and a step(S160) of forming the charging chamber by adhering a second transparent substrate to a side where the lateral wall of the first transparent substrate is formed.
