<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defect detection method, a defect detection device, and a display panel including a defect detection device of a wiring and demultiplexing part. <P>SOLUTION: A demultiplexing part is configured by connecting a plurality of data lines with a plurality of corresponding wiring, and the demultiplexing part is used for defect detection. A defect detection device includes: first to third DC wiring to which first to third DC voltages are supplied; a plurality of first switches for transmitting one of the first to third DC voltages of the first to third DC wiring to a plurality of corresponding first data lines among the plurality of data lines by a first gate signal; and a plurality of second switches for transmitting one of the first to third DC voltages to a plurality of corresponding second data lines among the plurality of data lines by a second gate signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
