<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a load applied per piece of a separator, prevent break of the separator, and ensure holding strength of a connector. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel battery comprises: a fuel cell stack 4 which is fastened by a fixed-size fastening; a cell monitor terminal 21 which is formed in a plane of a separator 20 constituting a fuel battery cell 2; and a cell monitor connector 5 which is connected with the cell monitor terminal 21 and includes a plurality of poles.
