<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce flicker by use of a simple circuit configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A heater control device capable of reducing flicker comprises: a heater that heats an object to be heated; detection means for detecting a temperature of the objected heated by the heater; and control means for controlling the supply of AC power to the heater by discontinuous energization that alternately has an energization time and a non-energization time on the basis of the temperature of the heated object detected by the detection means and a preset target temperature of the heated object, the energization time having AC power of a half-wave cycle or less and the energization time being obtained by sequentially adding all the half-wave cycle or division addition times N<SB POS="POST">n</SB>(N<SB POS="POST">1</SB>,N<SB POS="POST">2</SB>to N<SB POS="POST">n-1</SB>, N<SB POS="POST">n</SB>: n is any integer) to a time obtained by subtracting the energization time from a cycle of the AC power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
