Method and assembly for drying an agricultural product

The present disclosure relates to a method and an assembly for drying an agricultural product. The method comprises solar heating air in at least one first container, the at least one first container comprising a surface for absorbing solar radiation to heat air in the at least one first container and wherein the at least one first container is collapsible and flexible, and moving the heated air through the at least one first container to a second container comprising the agricultural product, thereby drying the agricultural product.
