<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital-analog converter of simple structure and a nerve morphology type circuit using the converter. <P>SOLUTION: The digital-analog converter includes several transistors (T1-T8) having a distributed current-voltage characteristic in which when a constant gate-source voltage is applied to a variety of transistors, a current changeable according to variations circulates within the transistor, having the same nominal geometrical characteristic, and a digital table which has a selective output for selecting a single transistor or a transistor group for supplying a current of a wanted value representing according to a command that should be converted in an analog form after receiving a digital command (DATA), and a lookup table (LUT) is loaded according to an actually measured current-voltage characteristic of various transistors in a set to establish searching between the command and the current value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
