<p>A trolley weighing system comprises a trolley (2) and a rail (3) along which the trolley (2) can move, the rail (3) being provided with a material receiving position sensor (41), a material unloading position sensor (43), a trolley drive apparatus (7) and a control system (8). The trolley (2) has several wheels (21) matching with the rail (3). The rail (3) comprises two parallel slide rails (31). The control system (8) is in signal communication with the material receiving position sensor (41), the material unloading position sensor (43) and the trolley drive apparatus (7). The trolley weighing system also comprises several weighing units (5) provided on the slide rails (31). A sensing surface of the weighing unit (5) is provided on a bearing surface of the slide rail (31), and positions of the weighing units (5) correspond to positions of the several wheels (21) of the trolley. The control system (8) is in signal communication with the weighing units (5), thereby calculating the weight of the material unloaded by the trolley. A control method for the trolley weighing system is also provided, which integrates transportation and measurement, so that an accurate measurement result can be obtained.</p> |
