PURPOSE: An offshore structure is provided to prevent workers from falling when a hatch is opened. CONSTITUTION: An offshore structure(1) comprises horizontal beams(10), vertical beams, and a deck part(30). The horizontal beams are vertically and horizontally installed at predetermined intervals. The vertical beams are installed on the top and bottom surfaces of the horizontal beams. The deck part is coupled to the top surface of the horizontal beams. Hatches(31) are formed on the deck at predetermined intervals. A handrail member(40) is arranged in the horizontal beams and comprises a horizontal bracket(41), a vertical bracket(42), a support bracket(43), and a handrail part(45).
