<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utility monitoring terminal capable of controlling a utility device to which energy such as tapped water, electricity or gas is supplied so as to effectively save the energy, and a utility device control system. <P>SOLUTION: A utility monitoring terminal 1 is installed in a utility device comprising an usage adjusting mechanism 7 for an object to be supplied. The utility monitoring terminal 1 comprises a user identification section 8 which reads and collates a user ID 18 while using a first recognition ID 14 in order to identify a user of an object to be supplied by the utility device, a sensor 3 which measures the usage of the object to be supplied by the utility device, a first arithmetic section 2 which receives the usage of the object to be supplied measured by the sensor and controls the usage of the object to be supplied while using a control parameter 17 for operation of the usage adjusting mechanism 7, and a first storage section 9 which stores the first recognition ID, the usage of the object to be supplied measured by the sensor and the control parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
