<p>[Problem] To enable adjustment of multiple separately computed plans. [Solution] An economic load allocation adjustment device (10): acquires from a supply/demand plan device (23), an optimum hydroelectric generation quantity, an optimum demand quantity and a power generation unit cost; acquires a planned hydroelectric generation quantity that has been planned by a water level plan device (21), said planned hydroelectric generation quantity being acquired in accordance with a price signal converted from the power generation unit cost; and acquires a planned demand quantity that has been planned by an electrical charging control device (22), said planned demand quantity similarly being acquired in accordance with the price signal. The economic load allocation adjustment device (10): adjusts a power price for a time in which the planned hydroelectric generation quantity does not match the optimum power generation quantity; causes the water level plan device (21) to redo planning of the hydroelectric generation quantity in accordance with a price signal converted from the adjusted power price; adjusts the power price for a time in which the planned demand quantity does not match the optimum demand quantity; and causes the electrical charging control device (22) to redo planning of the demand quantity in accordance with the price signal converted from the adjusted power price.</p> |
