<p>A HARQ-based data transmission method, a HARQ-based data transmission apparatus, user equipment, a computer program and a storage medium are disclosed. When there exist both new data and retransmitted data to be transmitted in a current TTI, it is determined whether a first logical channel corresponding to the new data has a priority higher than a second logical channel corresponding to the retransmitted data. When the first logical channel has a priority not higher than the second logical channel, physical resource assigned in the TTI is used for transmission of the retransmitted data. When the first logical channel has a priority higher than the second logical channel, it is determined whether a retransmitted HARQ process corresponding to the retransmitted data is an emergent one. When the retransmitted HARQ process is an emergent one, the physical resource is used for transmission of the retransmitted data, otherwise the physical resource is used for transmission of the new data. Both the priority of the logical channel corresponding to the new data and the emergency of the HARQ process corresponding to the retransmitted data are taken into consideration, thus it will ensure that the new data corresponding to the logical channel with a high priority is transmitted in time and meanwhile the emergent HARQ process corresponding to the retransmitted data is handled in time, thereby to balance transmission of the new data and the retransmitted data as possible and to achieve an optimal throughput of the HARQ-based transmission system.</p> |
