A light guide plate (1), and a backlight unit and liquid crystal display device having same are provided. The light guide plate (1) comprises a light incident surface (11), a light emitting surface which is connected with the light incident surface (11) and a bottom surface which is opposite to the light emitting surface. The light incident surface (11) is provided with several V-shaped groove micro structures (12). A vertex angle (theta) of the V-shaped groove micro structure (12) ranges from 100 degrees to 130 degrees. The light guide plate (1) is easily manufactured and achieves a backlight effect having more uniform light emission.
