<p>The holder comprises a base plate (1) which is connectable with the motor vehicle and which is hinged on a foldable frame (2) such that the folding plate (3) is removable. A fixing device is provided for additional fastening of a time indicator (4) to the holder, such that the time indictor remains fixed to the holder even when the frame is folded down. The fixing device is inserted into an opening formed in the base plate, through an insertable latch. The fixing device is formed in bow-shape and is connected with two handles.</p>
