BEARING ASSEMBLY AND MOTOR INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A bearing assembly and a spindle motor with the same are provided to minimize abrasion due to contact with a rotation member and a base cover in an initial operation. CONSTITUTION: A bearing assembly comprises a sleeve(120) and a base cover(140). The sleeve supports the rotation of a rotation member. The base cover is coupled to the sleeve to seal the lower part of the sleeve. Multiple protrusion parts(145) are formed in one of the base cover and the rotation member so that the base cover and the rotation member can come in contact with each other.
