PURPOSE: An instant red pepper paste manufacturing method is provided to allow simple and fast manufacture of red pepper paste by simply mixing ingredients at an instant. CONSTITUTION: A case includes independently formed multiple accommodation spaces. 100 parts by weight of red pepper powder, 20 to 100 parts by weight of fermented bean paste powder, 100 to 400 parts by weight of soy sauce, and 50 to 250 parts by weight of a loofah fermentation product are respectively filled in each of the accommodation spaces of the case. The accommodation spaces are packed by sealing. 10 to 30 parts by weight of a Hinoki cypress leaf extract based on 100 parts by weight of the red pepper powder is further included. The loofah fermentation product is loofah fruit mixed with sugar and fermented. |
