PURPOSE: A device for preventing a flickering of a light emitting diode lamp in a dimming is provided to improve productivity by completely removing a ripple component of a voltage. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing a flickering of a light emitting diode lamp in a dimming comprises the following steps: a ripple removal DC/DC converter(2) increases a frequency of a DC power source; the frequency is outputted in a power supply unit(1); the converter removes a ripple component included in the DC power source; the converter varies a voltage level according to a dimming control signal; and the dimming control signal is supplied from a dimming control part(3).
