MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY HAVING EAR SET FUNCTION AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A microphone assembly having an ear-set function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and to stabilize a characteristic of a microphone by removing an SMT process about a microphone cell unit. CONSTITUTION: A microphone assembly(100) includes a microphone cell unit(110), a PCB assembly(120) and a sealing member(140). The microphone cell unit includes a cell case in which a sound hole and a curling unit are formed, a vibration plate assembly inserted into the microphone cell case and a spacer inserted into the microphone cell case and laminated on the vibration plate assembly and a back plate inserted into the microphone cell case. The PCB assembly is engaged with the microphone cell unit and mounts parts for microphone function and ear-set function. The sealing member seals between the microphone cell unit and the PCB assembly.
