<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger apparatus for an integrated part clamping type roller hemming that can clamp parts and load the parts to a hemming die without using a dedicated hanger for loading the parts to the hemming die, and can clamp the parts with the hemming die. <P>SOLUTION: The hanger apparatus for clamping parts which is a set of an outer and an inner panel, and loading the parts onto a hemming die includes: a hanger frame; a plurality of vacuum cups mounted to the hanger frame, and for holding the outer panel of the parts by vacuum pressure; and a plurality of locators mounted at an edge of the hanger frame, and for clamping the inner panel of the parts. The panel hanger apparatus further includes: at least one reference pin insertable in a reference hole formed in the inner panel, and for positioning the parts; and a lock unit for securing the hanger frame to the hemming die. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
