EVALUATION METHOD OF CELL AGING STATE OF FIBROBLAST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop: an evaluation method of a cell aging state of fibroblast that uses a marker greatly changing before and after cell aging for an appropriate evaluation of a cell aging state and to prevent and to reduce cell aging; an evaluation method of a cell aging inhibitory effect of fibroblast by a subject process condition; a kit to execute the evaluation methods; and a screening method of a compound that controls cell aging of fibroblast.

SOLUTION: The evaluation method of a cell aging state of fibroblast that includes a step that decides an expression amount e of a gene product of OLFML2A and/or CRLF1 in a biological sample is provided. The evaluation method of a cell aging inhibitory effect of fibroblast by a subject process condition is provided. The evaluation methods include: (1) a step that decides an expression amount E0 of a gene product of OLFML2A and/or CRLF1 in a biological sample before a subject treatment; and (2) a step that decides an expression amount E1 in a gene product of OLFML2A and/or CRLF1 in a biological sample after a subject treatment.
