<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a depth map in which depth information for an object is set appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus comprises an image input section which receives a two-dimensional image, a detection section which detects an object included in the two-dimensional image, and a correction section which corrects the depth of a depth map obtained from the two-dimensional image, set to an object of which the distance from an imaging position cannot be obtained among objects detected by the detection section, based on positional information indicating a focusing position in the two-dimensional image and first distance information indicating a distance from the imaging position to the focusing position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
