<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil conditioning method using a soil conditioner with features of bamboo. <P>SOLUTION: A soil conditioner is a mixture of pulverized bamboo with microorganism. When the soil conditioner is sprayed over a farm land, features of the bamboo vitalize effective microorganism and native bacterium to promote fermentation and decomposition of organic matters, thereby promoting the growth of plants. Then the soil conditioner is finally decomposed by microorganism and gets extinct.
