<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a frame area without causing display failure caused by parasitic capacitance due to a metal and at the same time to perform high moisture-proof sealing using the metal as a joining member, in a display device using an organic EL element. <P>SOLUTION: In a display device where a substrate 1 and sealing glass are arranged to face each other and sealed by a metal joining part 9 at an outside of a display region 2, the metal joining part 9 is arranged on a power supply wiring 3 of a constant voltage wiring and a common wiring 4 via a protective film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
