<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, characteristics as an optical rotary encoder are affected considerably by a distance between a slitted rotary plate and a photodetection element, rough positions are determined in accordance with a mechanism dimension in the prior arts, and therefore, since the optical rotary encoder cannot be configured in the same distance at all the time because of a dimension tolerance or a photodetection element mounting state, adjustment using components on a substrate is performed as final adjustment while confirming a signal but since fine adjustment using the components on the substrate is also limited, it cannot be guaranteed that an optimal signal can be obtained at all the time. <P>SOLUTION: An optical rotary encoder comprises an adjusting mechanism in which a mount shaft of a slitted rotary plate and the slitted rotary plate mounted to an aluminum casing via a bearing are separated as independent structures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
