<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To render the movement of a clip due to swaging natural to allow the clip to be swaged well. <P>SOLUTION: When a swaging mechanism 6 swages a portion of a clip 23, a stage 3 is made to be rotatable around a central axis A due to the release of the fixation of the rotation of the stage 3.
