FULLY-AUTOMATIC OIL COLLECTOR WITHOUT POWER DEVICE

A fully-automatic oil collector without a power device comprises a box body. A filter basket (7) is positioned in the box body to form a separation area (1). A water inlet (6) is connected above the filter basket (7). An oil residue separation plate (8) is arranged on a side edge of the filter basket (7). A first sedimentation area (2) is formed on one side of the oil residue separation plate (8), and a pressure chamber (3) is formed on the other side. The first sedimentation area (2) is communicated with the pressure chamber (3) through an oil-water overflow port. A pressure plate (17) is arranged at the top of the pressure chamber (3); an oil-water separation plate (19) is arranged at the bottom of the pressure chamber (3); a pressure chamber channel is formed between the pressure plate and the oil-water separation plate, and oil outlets (9, 10, 11) are arranged at a rear end at a high position of the pressure plate (17). A buffer area (4) is formed between the oil-water separation plate (19) and the bottom of the box body; an oil blocking plate (18) is arranged behind the pressure plate (17) and the oil-water separation plate (19). A second sedimentation area (5) is formed on the other side of the oil blocking plate (18). A water outlet (22) is arranged above the second sedimentation area (5), and an overflow plate (21) is arranged in front of the water outlet (22). The fully-automatic oil collector has the advantages of being free of a power device, high in grease recycling rate, capable of preventing a sewer line from being blocked, and convenient to operate and clean.
