摘要 The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a food selection method whereby a food recommended for improving a problem relating to a living body (for example, a disease) that might occur in an individual can be selected from the viewpoint of amino acids; a food selection device; a food selection program; a food selection system; and an information communication terminal. The food selection method according to the present invention comprises: (i) on the basis of biological condition information relating to the biological condition of an organism, determining whether or not the individual is in a definite condition; and (ii) when the individual is determined as being in the definite condition, a food is selected, from the viewpoint of an amino acid that is recommended for improving the definite condition, from a food list that contains amino acid content data relating to the amino acid contents of multiple foods.
