PURPOSE: A ring-shaped penis enlargement and erection assist prosthesis is provided to use a prosthesis to stretch the end part of a penis by putting power into the end part of the penis. CONSTITUTION: A ring-shaped penis enlargement and erection assist prosthesis includes a storage unit(10) in which a liquid state fluid is stored; a round-shaped cylinder(20) into which a plane ring-shaped tube, which is stretched to surround the circumference of a penis, is transplanted in the length direction of a penis; fluid tubes(30a,30b) which supply fluid to the round-shaped cylinder; and a pump(40) which supplies the fluid through the fluid tubes into the ring shaped tube in the round-shaped cylinder by pumping the fluid in the storage unit when the side walls of the storage unit are compressed by pressing.
