PURPOSE: A post office box providing method, a device thereof, a message transmission method, and a device thereof are provided to enable an originator to start a post office box service. CONSTITUTION: A processor(101) electrically connects a transmission and reception unit to a storage medium unit. The processor controls the transmission and reception unit and the storage medium unit. The processor controls the transmission and reception unit in order to receive an originating message from the terminal of the originator. The processor controls the storage medium unit to store the originating message in the post office box of the originator within the storage medium unit.
