PURPOSE: A permanent concrete form for a prefabricated reinforced concrete column is provided to reduce waste generation and to significantly shorten a construction period by removing an on-site formwork. CONSTITUTION: A permanent concrete form for a prefabricated reinforced concrete column comprises a column re-bar mesh(40), a spacer, a steel band, and a panel. The spacer is joined to the outer circumference of a column main bar or a plurality of shape steel materials(41) which is arranged on the outer side of the prefabricated column re-bar mesh. The steel band is equipped for interconnecting the spacers of the adjacent steel shape materials or column main bars. A panel(10) is joined in between the steel bands. The panel is unattached to a predetermined height in the lower side of the column re-bar mesh.
