PURPOSE: A handrail fixing unit using a clamp is provided to ensure the user safety of construction equipment by firmly fixing a handrail, a base plate, and a clamp. CONSTITUTION: A handrail fixing unit using a clamp comprises a base plate(100), a handrail(300), a pair of clamps(500), and one or more fastening units. The base plate is connected to the body of construction equipment to support the handrail. The handrail is connected to the top of the base plate. A pair of clamps is fastened to face each other around the handrail and fixes the handrail and base plate. The fastening unit fastens the base plate and clamp.
