PURPOSE: A safe protective helmet is provided to prevent dust or foreign materials from being entered through ventilation holes and to increase safety by fixing a cover in upwards. CONSTITUTION: A safe protective helmet comprises three ventilation holes (10) in both sides of the safe protective helmet; a checker flag film (11) which is adhered to the inside; and a cover (20) adhered on top of each ventilation hole. By having ventilation holes in both sides of the safe protective helmet while wearing the helmet so that wind can be circulated. Therefore the user can feel cooler and reduce sweat in the head.
