<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker in which, when Miso soup or those food of which the content tends to deposition is warmed, there is a probability of occurrence of a bumping phenomenon due to local over-heating, thus such probability is suppressed to carry out safe cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker is provided with a heating coil 6 to heat a cooking vessel, an inverter circuit 7 to supply high frequency current to the heating coil, a control means 8 to control output of the inverter circuit, a temperature detection means 10 which is arranged at the heating coil and detects temperature of the cooking vessel, an operation/display means 9 which changes the output level of the inverter circuit and displays the present output level, and an output fluctuation means 13 which makes fluctuate the output of the inverter circuit within prescribed upper and lower limits according to the output level established by the operation display means. By changing the temperature of the bottom of the pan during heating, a local over-heating is suppressed and the occurrence probability of bumping is lowered to carry out safe cooking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
