<p>There is set forth herein an indicia reading terminal comprising an image sensor pixel array having a plurality of pixels, the plurality of pixels including a first set of pixels and a second set of pixels, the first set of pixels having wavelength selective filters transmitting light of a first wavelength, the second set of pixels having wavelength selective filters transmitting light of a second wavelength. The indicia reading terminal can include an optical imaging assembly for focusing imaging light rays onto the image sensor pixel array, the optical imaging assembly being adapted so that for light rays of the first wavelength the optical imaging assembly has a first focus range and for light rays of the second wavelength the optical imaging assembly has a second focus range.</p> |
