PURPOSE: A leakage current and overload detecting system of a PLC based single phase power consumer house is provided to block an operation current without an additional main turnoff device, by installing a POLD part in a power cabinet panel of an individual house and controlling a corresponding POLD part of the individual house by a remote control signal of a main server. CONSTITUTION: A leakage current and overload detecting system of a PLC based single phase power consumer house includes a main server(100), an apartment house server(200) and a POLD part. The main server receives state information of the POLD part in real time through wired or wireless communication with an apartment house server, and analyzes the received state information. The main server transmits a control signal to the POLD part through the apartment house server if a number of power devices are detected to be in an abnormal state. The apartment house server receives the state information from the POLD part installed in an individual house and then transmits the state information to the main server, and receives the control signal from the main server and then transmits the control signal to the corresponding POLD part. The POLD part is installed in a power cabinet panel of the individual house, and senses a working current supplied on an electric line and transmits the working current to the apartment house server, and blocks the working current supplied to a power device by blocking the electric line according to the received control signal.
