PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a resin molding having an undercut part by which a good resin molding is easily produced using a mold with a simple structure without the need of after heating. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of a depressed connection part 18 constituting a header as a resin molding having a circular groove 23 as an undercut part comprises using a mold assembly 60 which comprises an inner slide mold 62 having a projection 61 for molding the circular groove 23, an outer mold 63 molding the outer surface of the depressed connection part 18 and an cavity 64 formed between both the molds 62 and 63. A polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin containing an rubbery elastomer is melted and injected into the cavity 64 and thermally cured and cooled, to produce a resin molding.
