The snow gliding board is integrated with a structural element (1) which is incorporated in a raised end. The structural element is provided with several hollowed through openings (10) between the upper and lower surfaces. The raised end of the structural element is provided at regions (15,16) free of through openings. The width of region is greater than the shortest distance between two through openings in the areas (6-8) separated by region. The width of region free of through openings is greater than 8 mm.
