PURPOSE: Pulp-mineral paper is provided to prevent denaturation or damage of contents by a change of climatic and physical conditions, and to ensure eco-friendly manufacturing without pollution. CONSTITUTION: A composition for mineral synthetic paper containing mineral and synthetic resin contains pulp. A method for fabricating the pulp-mineral synthetic paper comprises: a step of mixing an ingredient composition containing main ingredient mineral, pulp, synthetic resin, and additives by convective mixing, diffusive mixing, and shear mixing to prepare a particulate synthetic paper ingredient composition; a step of adding the ingredient composition to a pellet mill and pelleting; and a step of fabricating the synthetic paper by an inflation molding process or a T-die molding process. |
