PURPOSE: An electric discharge apparatus is provided to effectively decompose various kinds of organic molecules, organic substances, and/or microorganisms while consuming very little amount of electricity. CONSTITUTION: An electric discharge apparatus comprises an electric discharge section(10), a liquid supplying section(20), a micro bubble forming section(30) and an RF power supplying section(40). The electric discharge section has a tube shape with a certain inner space, and generates electrical discharge in the inner space. The liquid supplying section is combined to the front of the electric discharge section, and supplies liquids to the electric discharge section. The micro bubble forming section is installed between the liquid supplying section and the electric discharge section. The micro bubble forming section supplies gas into the liquid supplied by the liquid supplying section, and forms micro-bubbles. The RF power supplying section supplies RF power to the electric discharge section. |
